The CG TRS BALLISTIC Dual Access Shoulder Bag & TRS Ballistic Rolling Carry On

Club Glove is All American in every way, shape and form, just like its owner, Jeff Herold. A quality guy with quality products to sell and, boy, he really knows how to sell!

Most companies design their products based on price. Club Glove prices their products based on design, function, and durability. Their philosophy is to create a product that, though higher priced than most, will deliver years of service and satisfaction for the consumer. It works!

Club Glove is the most sought after and, therefore, the most popular luggage on the PGA Tour.

West Coast Trends, Inc. operating as Club Glove, was founded in 1990 by Jeffrey Herold, an entrepreneur, avid surfer, golfer and pilot. While surfing, an idea came to Jeff- he wanted to fill a void in the golf marketplace, and he envisioned transforming his wetsuit into protective golf club head covers. Soon after, he introduced a line of premium neoprene covers – aptly named The Club Glove – which quickly became popular with golfers of every skill level.

Realizing a need for a quality golf travel bag, Jeff spent nearly a year designing the sturdy, dependable “Last Bag.” Again, aptly named, as it may just be the “last bag” for travel you ever have to buy. This legendary travel bag is currently used by over 80 percent of PGA Tour players, and was named one of the “Top 10 innovations in golf in the last 20 years” by Golf Digest.

Club Glove continues to be the leader in premium travel luggage, club covers, towels, and accessories.

Their TRS system, Train Reaction System, is unique, as it is brilliant. It is one of those inventions that makes people wonder why someone had not thought of this before. No one in the past had ever thought about putting the smaller wheeled luggage piece ahead of the larger wheeled luggage piece, thereby leveraging the two, and creating a perfect center of balance. Amazingly, this allows the user to roll significant amounts of gear and weight with one hand, freeing up the other for tasks such as answering a phone call, or attending to a child.

By connecting multiple wheeled pieces of luggage together, one can also stack other luggage accessories on top, thereby, forever eliminating the need for an airport cart.

Aside from my golf club bag, which I have been using for decades, my two other favorite products from Club Glove are;

The CG TRS BALLISTIC Dual Access Shoulder Bag which is part of the premium luggage line designed for the affluent globetrotter, or discerning golfer seeking the world’s most durable and functional luggage.   $350.00

This phenomenal work horse goes with me everywhere! Weighing just three pounds, this premium compact carry-on acts as a briefcase normally, and as a secondary carry-on when traveling. It features access on both sides, has a total of 9 pockets and can serve as both an overnight bag, or for business meetings.

It looks expensive, it is, but more importantly you immediately can see the quality of this bag. I receive many compliments, especially at airports.

It has convenient front and back storage pockets, plus a cell phone pocket and can house a laptop computer.

The dual compartments keep me organized and secure, and I absolutely love the padded handle and shoulder strap, which makes carrying a heavy bag easy and relieves shoulder strain extremely well!

13″ H x 16″ W x 4″ D – 32 linear inches – Weight 3.0 lbs. The bag is available in 3 colors.

The bag is constructed of Invista Courdura 1050 denier U.S. woven military spec nylon ballistic fabric – the world’s most ideal material for high-end luggage. It has up to 2x the abrasion resistance and up to 4x the tear resistance compared to other premium brands using 1680 D fabrics and is up to 9x stronger than polyester fabrics.

The bag features a high quality four panel seatbelt style webbing with diamond pattern rivet reinforcement and premium YKK® zippers and ITW Nexus® buckles.

One of Club Gloves USP (Unique Selling Proposition) is the strategically placed back strap which allows for easy mounting onto retractable handles of any rolling TRS Ballistic luggage. (You mount the top handle through the front buckle of Check-In or Carry-On luggage to lower the center of gravity and make it so much easier to move your luggage around).

Embroidery can be added for $20.00 and a 5-year NQA (no questions asked) warranty is available for $99.00.

Handcrafted in the USA and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

The newly remodeled Carry-On is part of the premium luggage line designed for the affluent globetrotter or discerning golfer seeking the world’s most durable and functional luggage.

It features Club Glove’s TRS system that allows for the connecting of multiple rolling luggage pieces together. Each rolling piece now includes a conveniently located zippered pocket that stows the TRS strap when not in use.

This nearly indestructible premium Carry-On includes 3 packing modules for nearly wrinkle free clothing organization. All 3 TRS BALLISTIC rolling luggage pieces nestle inside each other to minimize storage space when not in use.

The Carry-On weighs 8 pounds and measures 22″ H x 13.5″ W x 9.5″ D. This is one of the best-built and sturdiest cases I personally have used in the last 20 years.

The Carry-On bag employs the same materials as the shoulder bag in that it too is constructed of Invista Courdura 1050 denier U.S. woven military spec nylon ballistic fabric – the world’s most ideal material for high-end luggage. It has up to 2x the abrasion resistance and up to 4x the tear resistance compared to other premium brands using 1680 D fabrics and is up to 9x stronger than polyester fabrics.

The Carry-On has high quality four panel seatbelt style webbing with diamond pattern rivet reinforcement, just like the shoulder bag. Additionally, the patented, ultra-durable CG wheel base and retractable handle are for ideal balance and convenience of traveling with one, two or all three pieces. With the 3 total nylon mesh Packing Modules, premium YKK® zippers and ITW Nexus® buckles make up the final composition of the Carry-On.

The following sizes are available: 1) Large: 17H x 12W x 5D, 1) Small: 17H x 12W x 3D 1) Mini: 12 H x 8.5 W x 5 D

All Club Glove products carry both a 5-Year No Questions Asked (NQA) Warranty Option ($99.00) and a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This product is designed to perform under the most rigorous of travel conditions. WCT is so confident in this product that for an additional cost, along with the Warranty Registration card, Club Glove will honor a FIVE (5) YEAR “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” WARRANTY.

In plain language, WCT will repair ANY damage that occurs during the warranty period, regardless of cause, so long as you can return it to them (at your cost) at least 51% of your product, regardless of condition. If, in Club Glove’s opinion, the damage cannot be repaired, Club Glove will replace your product. If the product is no longer available, they reserve the right to substitute a comparable product. Club Glove will pay (standard ground) shipping back to you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

West Coast Trends, Inc. (“WCT”)/Club Glove guarantees their products will be free from defects IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DURING NORMAL TRAVEL USE for the product’s specified LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY period. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, WCT will repair or replace (at its option) the product, without charge, except for transportation costs to the repair center.

Nexbelt – The Belt with No Holes

Based on technology that has been around for 25+ years, Nexbelt has positioned themselves as the best ratchet belt company in the world. They re-engineered it and made it better – Entrepreneur 101.

I have been wearing the Nexbelt since they were introduced at the PGA Show in Orlando in 2015. I simply cannot live without the belt! Just the ease of adjusting the belt to any position is what makes this belt so great, you never have to worry about finding a hole that usually isn’t there where you need it and trying to seat the pin therein. The belt can be adjusted in quarter-inch increments, rather than one inch found in traditional belts.

The Nebelt Go-In! Golf series, has two sizes which fit (virtually) all and no holes, and is worn on the PGA Tour by Kevin Na. The belts are as high a quality as you can find – one size for those with waists ranging from 28 to 40 inches and another for waists ranging from 38 to 50 inches. The buckle contains a hidden ball marker.

The Go-In! Golf series features a variety of colors (including white), including all types of leather and braids. I highly recommend these belts and to see a full range visit Nexbelt’s web site.  Prices range from $47.99 to $68.99

Having problems with your swing? – Fix your slice! by Johnny Miller

I recently was examining swing sequences of some of the greatest players in history. Knowing that some of these players favored a draw as their standard shot while others preferred a fade, I sought to identify swing features within each group that would explain their respective ball-flight tendencies. Something profound emerged that I think will benefit all golfers, especially those cursed with a wicked slice.

What I found was this: Virtually every accomplished fader of the ball–from Jack Nicklaus to Tiger Woods–displayed a straight left arm at the top of the backswing. Conversely, those who preferred a draw–players like Arnold Palmer and Bobby Jones–maintained a slight bend at the elbow.

This discovery is great news for most slicers, as they tend to do by accident what intentional faders do on purpose. In this article I’ll explain why the dynamic works, and how a simple swing change will make a powerful draw your standard shot.
